Paris Cafe
I did painted this Parisian street scene over the summer.
I love Paris and if I can't be there, I'll create paintings of that wonderful city. This cafe is actually the one featured in the movie "Amelie," the one she worked at.

Another pastel

Cafe
Pastel
5 x 7
Bonjour:
This scene reminds me of a Paris cafe found on the Boulevard du Montparnasse. A small cafe where one can rest, have an expresso and watch the world go by. I love doing these small pastels and capturing a slice of time and place. This painting is also being featured as the Painting of the Week on Polly Jackson's painting blog. Thanks, Polly!
Merci,
Ann
